The goal of the project is to support canteen kitchens in the increased use of regional, seasonal and biological food and freshly made dishes. Furthermore the serving size should be optimized - especially the one of meat - and selected convenience products should be replaced by freshly food. Thus not only the climate will be protected but also the preparation of healthy dishes will be promoted.
